Refund & Exchange Policy
We have a 30-day exchange policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange as long as the item is still unworn, has all original tags and of new/original condition.
To start an exchange you can contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SHIPPING POLICY
- Orders can take up to 4 days to be processed before shipment.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order is shipped.
- In some cases, our team will need to contact you to assist in completion of the order. If you have any emails or texts from the team, please try to respond as soon as possible to avoid delays.
- In the event of a large online promotion we sometimes have a big backlog of orders so please bear with us through any instances where there may be a delay.
- All orders are shipped with a standard or express courier and once shipped are delivered within 3-7 business days. International orders, please allow 7 business days, depending on location.
