All ticket holders will receive a full refund within 21 days to their original point of purchase. No need to do anything.
If you’d like to transfer your ticket to Dreamstate, fill out this Dreamstate Transfer Form within 7 days. Otherwise, your ticket will get refunded automatically.
Your double pass ticket will be fully refunded within 21 days to your original point of purchase. If you’d like to keep the Dreamstate ticket, fill out the Double Pass Form to keep your ticket and receive a 50% refund for your Double Pass order.
Any tickets listed for sale on the FloMarket will also be automatically refunded to the original point of purchase within 21 days.
